You’ve sent the messages. Still nothing.

Another “just checking in” rarely adds much. Your next message should make the order, problem, and requested resolution easy to understand.

01

Check the contact route

Use the contact details on your order or the seller’s official site. If you bought through a marketplace, keep the conversation inside its messaging system where possible. Save any bounced messages or failed contact attempts.

02

Send one complete follow-up

Include your order number, the issue, when you first reported it, and what you want the seller to do. Attach the most relevant evidence. Keep a dated copy instead of relying on a disappearing chat window.

03

Look beyond the inbox

Check marketplace support and your payment provider’s dispute process. Ask about deadlines directly. You can also review the complaint routes available through your local consumer-protection organization.
