Less back-and-forth. Better evidence.
You don’t need a perfect dossier. You need the right records, organized so someone else can follow what happened.
Start with the purchase
Gather the order confirmation, receipt, listing, seller details, and relevant policy. Keep original files. Give copies clear names such as “01-order-confirmation” and “02-tracking-history.”
Add a short timeline
Write one line per important event: date, what happened, and the file that supports it. Separate a seller’s promise from something you independently confirmed. Mark unknown dates rather than guessing.
Share only what the case needs
Use your private case workspace for evidence. On copies you share, hide unrelated transactions and unnecessary personal information while leaving the relevant facts readable. Never include passwords, card security codes, or one-time login codes.
